Was Jesus a ginger?

*** Jesus was Ginger? - another image *** Down in Somerset there is a village called Templecombe which, as the name might suggest, once had a Knights Templar preeceptory in it. Plastered into the ceiling of a barn, a wood panel was discovered in the 1940s bearing a religious icon. It was later carbon dated to the Middle Ages. So whose head might this depict?

The first thought must be that this icon looks very similar to the famous Mandylion of Edessa, the AD 50s painting of Jesus made by Ananias, the ambassador of Edessa. However, if this was a Templar icon, then it more likely depicts the severed head of John the Baptist, as the Templars revered the Baptist.

Note that the image depicts John-Jesus with ginger hair once more, just as does the Huqoq mosaic. But that is likely, whichever this icon depicts, because John was the cousin of Jesus. And I have already demonstrated that John came from Edessa, the same as Jesus did.

I have no doubt that the Templars did know what John-Jesus looked like, as the First Crusade went straight to Edessa in 1098, and not Jerusalem as one might expect. Yes, instead of turning south at Antioch Orontes to go to Judaea, a large contingent of the Crusader army carried straight on across the Euphrates to Antioch Edessa, to liberate this Christian city from oppressive Muslims rule. (Note: Edessa was reputed to have been the first Christian city.)

This newly acquired knowledge is likely to be the devastating secret that the Knights Templar held - the fact that Jesus was a very real prince and king of Edessa, who led a revolt against Rome and was crucified by Rome (just as Josephus Flavius narrates). This would have been a heretical secret that the Catholic Church greatly feared - a secret that was worth silencing, on Friday October 13th 1307.
A Friday 13th that was unlucky for some. Jesus was Pale and Ginger
