The Constitutional English Oak
I'm sad. Graham Moore not only lost his case, but has been charged with £70K costs. Why? He questioned the legitimacy of an English election. Does that warrant £70K costs on top of £30K? It shouldn't.

I trust Graham, the English Constitutional Party and Society will continue to remain standing and solid in their resolve as does the English oak. We’ve had a bumper acorn drop this season. Obviously, I assume the BBC have deduced it is due to anthropogenic climate change and cow farts. However, as England is invaded by thousands of foreign nationals year in year out, I wonder if English oaks trees have decided to have more babies than ever to counter any threat of replacement with a huge seasonal acorn drop.

We have an extraordinary eucalyptus tree in our garden, a foreign national perhaps from the Antipodean, which constantly sheds it’s bark. It’s among my favourites in the garden. However, the oaks may be wary of invasion. Why acorns are playing backgammon, called tavla in Türkiye, I’m not entirely sure. But, as you see, they do talk to one another as do the roots of the oak communicate within the earth. The oaks are our pride and joy.
Reform UK MP for Runcorn & Helsby by 6 votes, Sarah Pochin, declares: https://x.com/SarahForRuncorn/status/1990797273710932314 ‘Chester Crown Court has dismissed the election petition brought by the English Constitution Party. After a detailed and forensic review of the By Election, the judges confirmed that the process in Runcorn and Helsby was proper, lawful and fair.’
I don’t believe that election was proper, lawful or fair and Graham Moore is understandably frustrated. https://rumble.com/v71ul9i-epping-seminar-sunday-23-011-2025-1130-am-3pm-english-constitutional-semina.html He suggests, had it been a jury trial, he would have won the case. I suspect he’s correct. Our system is so corrupt.
Sarah Pochin also states: https://x.com/SarahForRuncorn/status/1990832898287554808 ‘You would have thought that with a billion dollar legal threat from President Trump, the BBC might be a bit more careful. This is a completely misleading headline. There was no legal challenge to me, my campaign or that of Reform UK. The case brought by the English Constitution Party tested whether Halton Borough Council, Cheshire Police and the Royal Mail had fulfilled their statutory electoral duties properly. This is simply not good enough from the BBC.’

You tried in three separate hearings to get the petition thrown out. You lost at every turn. You are the one misleading the public! Reform are not going to reform anything! @BBCBreaking’
