You get the feeling the royal hurling out of Andrew is intended to stop people looking at the rest of them, who have been more careful not to leave a trail of evidence around. However the circumstantial evidence of abnormality is everywhere. Charles' friends included examples of pedophiles (or worse) like Savile.
Andrew was not the brightest of the bunch, was hopeless at hiding his tracks or fending off questions.
The vicious way he has been thrown out without any legal process or accusation proven of any kind shows disrepect for the law, or at least that other Royals see themselves as beyond and above the law.
The desperation to throw Andrew out looks like a move intended to stop speculation about other individual members. Will it work? The laws of the universe work the other way, I feel. Savaging Andrew shines the light into the darkness of Charles and William even more strongly. Andrew left alone in his unending muddle acted as a screen for them to hide behind with their own discomforture. Now they are fully exposed.
Andrew could find his punishment helps him to become a more positive creature once he's absorbed all the blows. It will be interesting to see how he shapes up from here. They all feel so sorry for themselves and show no positivity. Apart from hedonistic pleasures at the expense of others, they are a totally miserable bunch.
