Strictly speaking the Party does not yet have a position on this situation.

I would suggest that Iran is not the same as ancient Persia.

Iran as it exists now was a product of the Versailles Treaty post World War 1 conferences and is not a nation state.

In my opinion the British State’s position is of no consequence to either Iran or to Trump.

I certainly oppose conscription for this or any war. I am not a believer in “International Law”.
